When can I expect my order?
Each SheVibes Studio item is made just for you — no dusty warehouses, no mass production. We hand-press and prep your order within 2–5 business days. After that, standard shipping kicks in:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on your location)

Where’s my tracking number?
You’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or email us at [your email here].

Do you offer rush shipping?
Not yet — but we’re working on it. Right now, we’re focused on quality and consistency. Need it by a specific date? Email us and we’ll see what’s possible.

Lost, stolen, or delayed?
We’re not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, or wrong addresses entered at checkout. Once it’s shipped, it’s out of our hands — but we’ll always try to help if something goes sideways.
